The allotted time (30 minutes - 1 hour) is ONLY to discuss the job with the electrician so that we can provide you with an estimate. See "How to Book" for more information.
How to Book
Step 1.
Need us to take a look before you book? Schedule a Consultation and we'll check out the job site and scope of work.*
If you already know the job you need done & don't want an in-person Consultation, email us at info@thegloudemanelectric.com to request a Job Level, then move to Step 2.
*The consultation fee is only for our time during the consultation, which is typically 30 minutes - 1 hour. If appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment, fee is nonrefundable. If you decide to move forward with work, the $75 fee will go toward your invoice as a credit. If you do not move forward with quoted/estimated work, the $75 is nonrefundable. Troubleshooting is not done during a consultation.
Step 2.
Once we've done our Consultation, we'll tell you what Level job to book, which you can then do here! We will also provide you with a quote.
Step 3.
Once you're on the schedule, we'll complete your job and invoice you. Keep in mind that exact booking times or dates might be modified slightly due to overlapping jobs. We will contact you in a timely manner if we have to reschedule or are running late.
A NOTE ABOUT BOOKING TIME: Although you are booking a "specific" time, you are actually booking a window of arrival time. We usually arrive within 2 hours of your booking time, but we will text you if we are to arrive outside of the actual time you booked (before or after). Additionally, the Level job Gloudeman Electric advises you to book *only* covers items discussed prior to booking. If additional needed electrical work arises before your appointment, please inform us by email (info@thegloudemanelectric.com) at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will inform you if we are able to complete the additional work same-day or if you need to book an additional appointment.
