A second-generation electrician, Andrew comes from a family deeply rooted in the trade, which laid the foundation for his expertise and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Elysia keeps every part of Gloudeman Electric running smoothly behind the scenes. As Operations Manager, she oversees the systems, processes, and people that allow the team to deliver exceptional electrical work day in and day out. Hailing from the snowy state of Maine, Elysia now calls the Lowcountry home and enjoys writing, reading, and tennis when she's not making the magic happen at Gloudeman Electric.

Elysia joined Gloudeman Electric after years of working in publishing and marketing, bringing her passion for efficiency, communication, and customer care to the team. She built the operational foundation that allows Gloudeman Electric to respond quickly and serve customers with the highest level of professionalism—from scheduling and quoting systems to the processes that keep the field team focused and effective.

While Cassidy handles day-to-day booking and customer coordination, Elysia is the one ensuring everything runs the way it should at every level of the business. Carlos

Field Operations Manager

Carlos brings over twenty years of hands-on electrical experience to every job he walks into. As Gloudeman Electric's Field Operations Manager, he leads the field team with a steady hand and a sharp eye—keeping projects moving, quality high, and customers informed from start to finish. Originally from New Jersey, Carlos came to the electrical trade as a deliberate career choice and never looked back. What keeps him energized after two decades on the job is the variety—no two calls are the same, and every project brings a new challenge to solve.

He has a particular talent for troubleshooting, snaking wire through tight spaces, and seeing renovation projects through from rough-in to final inspection. When you schedule a service with Gloudeman Electric, there's a good chance Carlos will be the one at your door. He takes pride in showing up on time, communicating clearly, and getting the job done right—qualities customers have consistently noted in their feedback.

Outside of work, Carlos is a sports fan through and through—football and supercross top the list—and he loves catching live events and concerts whenever he can. He's also a car enthusiast with a serious mechanical streak, and when the weekend calls for something low-key, you'll find him at home with good music on. A seasoned traveler and cruise enthusiast, he's always got the next trip in the works.

Sean

Electrician

GloudemanElectricJune26 (45 of 104).jpg

Sean's path to the electrical trade started with a conversation most people can relate to. As a high school senior with no clear plan beyond "community college and figure it out," his mom suggested he consider the trades—maybe plumbing. Sean passed on that, but the idea stuck. A longtime audio and speaker enthusiast, he realized electricity was the trade that actually excited him. Ten years later, that instinct has proven right.

What keeps Sean engaged after a decade in the field is the variety—the nuances of every scenario and the people he meets along the way. Rather than settling into one specialty, he genuinely enjoys all aspects of the work, and his greatest strength is adapting on the fly. Whether he's swapping out a panel or crawling through an attic, Sean's approach is the same: figure it out, do it right, and enjoy the challenge. His favorite projects are the collaborative ones—when a homeowner has an idea and Sean gets to bounce off it and bring it to life.

Sean was drawn to Gloudeman Electric's family-oriented culture, where the whole team works together and a second set of eyes is always welcome. As he puts it, sometimes seeing things in a different light is exactly what a job needs—and this team has four sets of eyes that each perceive things their own way.

Cassidy

Customer Operations Coordinator

GloudemanElectricJune26 (52 of 104).jpg

Cassidy is the friendly first point of contact at Gloudeman Electric, and she takes that role seriously. As Customer Operations Coordinator (Booking Coordinator!), she handles the details of getting your project scheduled so the process feels easy from the very first call. Cassidy knows that coordinating electrical work can feel overwhelming or time-consuming, and she's made it her mission to change that—guiding customers through each step with warmth and efficiency.

What Cassidy loves most about her role is the people. She genuinely enjoys listening to customers describe what's going on in their home and knowing that she's one of the first steps toward getting it resolved. Her strength is making sure nothing falls through the cracks—every booking is handled with care, every detail confirmed, and every customer left feeling taken care of before the crew even arrives.

Outside of work, Cassidy stays active—you'll find her hiking, taking walks, or soaking up a good beach day whenever she can. She's equal parts early bird and night owl, equally happy catching a sunrise walk or staying up late with her favorite shows.

Home State: South Carolina

Coffee or Tea: Tea

Early Bird or Night Owl: Both—walks at sunrise, TV shows at midnight!

Favorite Way to Recharge: Hitting the beach or the trails
